How long does processing and shipping take?

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. 
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact support@zestycharm.com for return instructions.

Our charms are crafted from high-quality vegan leather with layered stitching details. To keep them in great condition, avoid long exposure to water or chemicals, and wipe gently with a dry cloth.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! You can send us your idea or a reference photo, and we’ll create a personalized charm. Production time for custom orders is typically 3–7 business days depending on complexity.
