Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return Request Window: You must initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.


How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

Refund Process

Exchanges
